After establishing a 5-star outplacement program, and working with many Fortune 500 companies, the next logical step was to establish a unique, effective recruiting division. A major key to our success is interconnection that you won’t find in most recruiting firms. All of our recruiters work as a team to help find you your ideal position. Together we pool our resources to become as effective as possible.

Most traditional recruiting firms may receive a hundred or more resumes for a particular position, with the intention of presenting only 3 to 5 of the top candidates to the hiring company. With those recruiting firms, if you don’t make the cut, you never hear back from them. We changed that. We realize the odds of landing that first position and have developed a program accordingly.

Our job is done only when we’ve helped our clients obtain their new job, and those clients that fully embrace our system find that that’s sooner rather than later. In addition to all of our outplacement services, we constantly scout for candidates from within our program to place in new and exciting opportunities.
