All I can say is WOW! I have been using a 1980's and 90's approach for a 2000 challenge. I have been successful in the past by tailoring my resume to appeal to the person who could say yes and moving past the human gatekeeper! I now see the new challenge is to get past the automated, computerized gatekeeper! As a devotee of Microsoft Access and an experienced data miner, I am familiar with the ways to make data more functional and appealing to a database query. So your strategy using applicable keywords to get the right matches that move my suitability score into the top 20 is right on target. I am starting to build my "mother resume" keywords indexed to my experiences. Thanks again!
